As an inter-disciplined attorney, Cliff has a lot of experience with electrical engineering and semiconductor fabrication technologies, and currently handles patent litigation cases in the areas of semiconductors, wireless communications, software, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Cliff also had participated in litigation in district courts of Taiwan, Intellectual Property Court of Taiwan, and at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and proceedings before the Taiwan Patent and Trademark Office (TIPO).
In addition, Cliff successfully passed PRC National Juridical Examination and PRC National Patent Agent Examination. For the time being, Cliff is one of the only three Taiwanese lawyers who get both fully licensed qualification to practice both laws and patent prosecution at both Taiwan and PRC.
